Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are among the most serious threats to global prosperity and 80% of NCD deaths occur in lower income countries.  Dr Viliami Puloka outlined the scale of the challenge at the Population Health Congress in Hobart, Tasmania, in September 2015.  View his slides here.
